02How we work

Built the other way round.

In London, the date is everything. So we quote lead times with a buffer, keep one team from survey to fitting, and tell you straight away when something changes.

Lead timesQuoted with a buffer on top of our suppliers' dates. We do not promise faster to win the job.
When something changesWe call you the same day, with a new date. You do not find out on the morning of the fit.
One point of contactCustomer service runs through one person, who knows your job from the first call.
03When something goes wrong

A sill made at the wrong angle.

A sill for a bay window came back from production at the wrong angle. The client heard it from us that same day, with a new date. That is the whole standard: you hear it from us first.

Our own fitting team, employed by ADP, not subcontracted.

04Before you call us

The questions that matter.

Do you make the windows and doors yourselves?
Aluminium systems are built in the UK. Timber and steel come from our partner workshops in Poland, made to your survey. We survey, supply and fit, so one team answers for the result.
Who fits them?
Our own fitters, employed by ADP, not subcontracted. The team that surveys your opening is the team that fits it.
Can I see the products before I order?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The showroom at 28 Victoria Road, Ruislip sits opposite Ruislip Manor station, with parking. Open the doors, work the handles and judge the finish first.
What happens if the date moves?
We confirm the date at survey, with a buffer on top of our suppliers' dates. If anything changes, we call you the same day with a new one.
Which areas do you cover?
London and up to 40 miles from our Ruislip showroom.
